Voids review 2014/15

We know from feedback and surveys that at times tenants were not that satisfied with their Charter home when they moved in.

One of our outcomes is ‘People live in quality homes’, so we want to improve this experience. In December 2014 we carried out research to dig deeper into the reasons for the dissatisfaction and understand expectations of those moving in to their home.

Below is a summary of what you told us and what we’re going to do about it.
