We know that money is an important thing in all our lives. We also know that people can struggle to turn money saving advice into action. We want to make things easier for our tenants by helping them, and the communities in which they live, to become more financially aware. We are doing this in lots of different ways.
The right advice at the right time
At Charter, we help our tenants assess their financial circumstances by offering the right advice at the right time. This intervention makes tenancies more sustainable and contributes to people’s quality of life. Our approach is supported by strong partnership work with specialist agencies.
