Our Forward Together Panel is made up of staff and tenants who assess how we involve and work with our tenants. We meet every two months to tackles issues such as how we communicate with our tenants; how we help our tenants access IT and how we run our tenant fun days. Meetings are structured, but fun!
We often run fun training opportunities and other events. Staff and tenants train together and have the same opportunities to engage in the decision process. Tenants receive induction support and training, so they feel confident in making suggestions and choices.
Making a difference
Charter is proud of the Panel and its work. In 2011, the Panel reviewed issues such as how we run our tenant fun days; how we promote our new Digi TV service and reviewed how we write to our tenants. Panel members are committed members and work hard to make it a success. Members have met new friends, learned new skills and made a difference. Could you?
