Charter Options Lettings Agency

Charter Options Lettings Agency offers a range of properties available to let on an assured shorthold tenancy. The properties are managed by Charter Housing on behalf of private landlords.

Properties are normally let for a trial period of 6 months with the tenancy being extended if both you and the landlord are happy to do so.

Some properties are let to people who are referred to us by the Council, whilst others are available for people with a take home income of less than £30,000.
