Please note that there is a very long wait for some of our properties. The best option for you may not always be to register on our waiting list because you may not get a home by the time that you need it.

When you reach the top of the list for a home, the Lettings Team will arrange a home visit. We will check the information you have given us. We will also check to see if you are able to cope in your new home. If you think you need extra support you, we will arrange for this to be in place before you move in.

If you are an existing tenant and would be interested in swapping with another Council or Housing Association tenant, we will be happy to help you register with Homeswapper – an online exchange service that covers the whole of the UK.
