There are many different housing options available to people looking for affordable housing. Unfortunately, there is often a very long wait for council and housing association homes, but there are many other housing options to choose from including home ownership schemes, renting from a private landlord, Charter Options rental properties and mutual exchanges. Depending upon your circumstances, retirement living homes, adapted properties or supported accommodation may also be something you may want to consider.
