Once again Charter was short listed for the prestigious UK Housing Awards, unfortunately we were runners-up on this occasion, but to have been short listed was an achievement in itself, and reflects the hard work that has gone into developing this important service for our customers, as it is a high priority for them. These awards, which are organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and sponsored by a number of big names in the housing world, recognise innovation and achievement in the field of Social Housing.

Charter Housing Association's cutting edge 'Resolve' service which tackles anti-social behaviour and is delivered by the Nuisance Prevention Team in Charter was short listed for 'The Outstanding Achievement in Social Housing in Wales'.
