Welsh Home Quality Standard - Home Improvement Standard
During the Summer of 2005, a massive 48% of Charter's residents completed and returned the Home Improvement Programme customer survey. The survey asked about our customer's priorities for improving their homes to the Welsh Assembly Government's Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) by 2012. The survey has given us vital information on what really matters to our customers to enable us to do this. And the results.....we have used the information you have given us, along with our stock condition data and financial plans to form a 6 year WQHS Home Improvement Plan.
