Your projects will be central to achieving this.
Looking after approximately 1,000 homes, you'll take a different approach to projects: focusing on our customers and outcomes rather than targets. During all of the planned and reactive repairs that you oversee, you'll be working to achieve true customer satisfaction in every home. This goes for everything from inspections and the solution you offer, to when and how you book jobs. Above all, you'll always make sure whatever your promises are, they're delivered.
This also applies when you work with contractors – after all, you appreciate that if you build trust and good working relationships, projects run a lot smoother.
As you can imagine, outstanding negotiation and organisational skills are essential. You'll need a HNC/HND level, or equivalent, qualification in a construction-related discipline and experience of working in a construction field. But you'll also need to find the perfect balance between a technical understanding, problem solving and project management.
You will need a full driving licence with use of a vehicle for work.
