And your projects will be central to achieving this.
As your title implies, you'll put customers first – the majority of your time will be spent sharing your inspiration and creative thinking with customers on pre-planned repairs.
You will ensure that Charter's planned maintenance programmes are delivered seamlessly and that customers are involved at all stages. You'll help customers find the right balance between the finishing touches that are available and something that reflects their taste.
You'll also confidently deal with complaints and problem solving – always with your focus on customer satisfaction and smooth project management.
And your influence doesn't stop there. You'll be our Customer Champion in a forum where you'll be able to apply your customer expertise across the whole Seren group. So you need to be comfortable building relationships and negotiating with lots of different people in their own homes, as well as contractors and other members of the team. Whilst understanding the maintenance needed at a technical level isn't necessary, you'll certainly benefit from appreciating what's required on a general level.
You will need a full driving licence with use of a vehicle for work.
