This is a new role for us, so it's a real opportunity to make it your own. In this influential position on the Charter Housing management team, you'll be managing the commercial aspects of Charter's open book procurement arrangements – making sure they go as far as possible by negotiating best value solutions with contractors.

You'll organise our planned programmes to ensure that they are delivered as effectively as possible and you will co-ordinate the delivery of our commitment under the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

Leading by example, you'll build your team up as you go and share your comprehensive understanding of cost and asset management. Commercially astute and approachable, you're bound to go as far as you stretch our resources.

You will need a full driving licence with use of a vehicle for work.
