At Charter, we pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive range of landlord services across Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire and Caerphilly. Involving our customers at all levels of service delivery is very important to us. We already involve our customers in many ways but with your help, we can do better.

You will manage our existing customer involvement mechanisms and seek funding to develop more projects. You will lead on the development of our new Customer Involvement Strategy and will have the space to be innovative and creative in its delivery. You will have support to deliver as we don't believe that tenant involvement is the responsibility of one person. You will co-ordinate and develop our Customer Champions Group who are representative of all Charter's teams and are committed to delivering customer involvement across the company and the Seren Group. You will work closely with the Neighbourhood and Community Initiatives Teams. We want our involved customers to be representative of the communities we work in. A priority will be to encourage the involvement of BME people, disabled people, young people and other traditionally under represented groups.

You will be a good communicator with an innovative approach and have a determination to take on the responsibility of this key role.

You will need a full driving licence with use of a vehicle for work.
