: Learning Links Project
Learning Links is Charter's award winning intergenerational learning project. The scheme, which is part funded by the European Social Fund, involves the Association's senior tenants passing on their skills to younger people from socially disadvantaged groups. Around twenty senior volunteers have worked with special needs teenagers, youngsters who've been brought up in care, asylum seekers, and women from ethnic minority groups, under the trans-national Equal programme to improve employability.
