Working in partnership with Stow Hill community group ECHO, Communities First, GAVO and Newport City Council, this project is being developed to provide a Social Enterprise Centre and community resource. The Stow Hill Access, Resource and Enterprise Centre will provide a large hall, two meeting rooms, an IT suite and a positive images cyber café. Specialist advice will be available for groups on developing projects that can fulfil local need through developing enterprises that can provide self sustaining services.
