: Tenant's Voice
Tenants' Voice Tenants Voice is an independent group of residents that aims to promote partnership working between Charter Housing and its customers. The forum members ensure that the services provided are wanted and are suited to their needs.
Tenants' Voice meet every 2 months and give their input into any new projects that are being undertaken to ensure that views of customers are reflected in decisions that are made.
Every customer is welcome to attend Tenants' Voice meetings, traveling expenses will be reimbursed and a light lunch and refreshments are provided.
Tenants' Voice held their AGM on Monday 25th September at Greenmeadow Golf Club, Cwmbran. Elections took place on the night, to elect the next chairperson of Tenants' Voice. Hazel Mitchell was re-elected to continue with the position. Hazel was very pleased to be given the opportunity to build on the success of the past year and to continue to help develop Tenants' Voice for the future.
The Tenants' Voice Forum is next meeting on Monday 22nd January 2007 in Devon Place Boardroom at 10am. Everyone is welcome to attend so please come along.
