Tenant's Voice -
Tenants Voice is an independent group of residents that aims to promote partnership working between Charter Housing and its customers. The forum members ensure that the services provided are wanted and are suited to their needs.

Meetings are usually held on a six weekly basis at Charter's Devon Place offices. Minutes of previous meetings can be found below.

Thornwell Residents' Committee
If you live in the Thornwell area of Bulwark and have any problems, queries or concerns, the Residents' Committee may be able to help you. Please contact them by using the drop box that has been installed at the Tesco Express Store. If you hand a note/letter to a member of staff they will post it in the box for members of the committee to collect.

The Committee are also in need of new members with time, energy and commitment to improve the effectiveness of the committee in an effort to resolve local issues.

Tenants' Fun Day
Monday 10th April was the date for the launch of our new Tenants' Voice Forum. To mark the event we held a Tenants' Fun Day at Cwmbran Stadium. It was a very enjoyable day with lots of people attending and joining in with all the activities on offer.

Board Members
Charter's work is overseen by a 'Board of Management', made up of volunteers who give their time to Charter, who help us to ensure that we manage Charter's business effectively. Board members are very interested in finding out what Charter's customers think about the way Charter does things. For a list of Charter Housing Association's Board Members click here.

Involving Customers
We are always keen to hear from every one of our customers and give you the opportunity to influence the service that we provide on a level that is suited to you. There is a whole menu of different options open to you and it is up to you to chose which is right for you.
