RESOLVE - Delivering ASB services to other housing providers

Our specialist anti-social behaviour team, RESOLVE , has over the last three years evolved into a leader in the field of anti-social behaviour (ASB) within the social housing sector. Because of our growing reputation we were frequently asked by other landlords for help and advice on specific cases and on tackling ASB in general. Consequently, we have developed a portfolio of training courses to provide other social landlords with the necessary skills and knowledge for them to deal more effectively with their own cases.

We also provide telephone help and advice to other landlords as well as other services such as completing legal paperwork (court bundles) and attending their offices as consultants to assist them with difficult and complex ASB cases. In the last two years we have assisted more than 30 social landlords throughout England and Wales with training and/or consultancy work. The response has been extremely positive and many have said how refreshing it is to receive training and/or assistance that can be implemented immediately in the work place.
