You have the right to exchange or swap properties with another Charter tenant or with the tenant of another housing association or local authority. If you find someone to swap with you must both fill out an Looking to Exhange form and both wait for permission before moving. To obtain an exchange form, email lettings@charterhousing.co.uk.
