: How Do I Join
Membership of Gold Service can be achieved by everyone
To become a member you must have :-
- A clear rent account for 6 weeks or an agreed reduction in rent arrears that has been in place for at least 12 weeks

- No other Charter debt or agreed regular payments to reduce other debt
|
- No breach of the Tenancy Agreement that has resulted in the serving of a Notice Seeking Possession or the obtaining of an injunction or anti-social behaviour order

Once you are a member, if at any time you do not meet the above membership criteria, we will suspend you from the scheme. Once you meet the gold service membership criteria again we will automatically reinstate your membership. You wont be able to access any of the other benefits whilst you are suspended.
