Charter join the Institute of Customer Service
Providing excellent customer service is really important to everyone at Charter and as an organisation we are always looking to improve the experiences that our customers receive. To demonstrate our commitment to customer service Charter have recently joined the Institute of Customer Service. The Institute of Customer Service is an independent not for profit professional membership body.
Their purpose is to help organisations strengthen their business performance by improving their customers experiences. They have over 400 organisations as members including BMW, Waitrose and Marks and Spencer and we are looking forward to working them and our tenants to enhance the service that we offer.
