Over 70 Charter staff members went out and about during the week of 23 April, knocking on the doors of over 3,000 tenants. Staff asked a number of tenant satisfaction questions and spoke to a total of 837 tenants (23%).

The information will be used by Charter’s new Tenant Insight Manager, Alan Ward, to target our services to those tenants requiring additional support. The information will also be used to ensure we are providing services to our tenants fairly and equally.
