Telling Tales

This month Charter tenants have been telling stories through very modern means. Six tenants, who are members of the Forward Together Panel, have taken part in a digital storytelling course, on which they learned to narrate stories using digital tools to tell their real-life stories.

With guidance from Communities 2.0 and Charter’s Digital Inclusion Officer Louise Kingdon, tenants used audio and visual tools to bring their stories to life during the two-day course, which was held at The Power Station in Cwmbran.

Digital stories are like short films that can contain a voice and music soundtrack, plus visuals such as animation, videos or text.

Their stories will be debuted at the next Forward Together Panel meeting on Thursday 7th September.
