There are 10 2-bedroom apartments being developed above the new library in Abercarn. Apartments are on the first, second and third floor with level access showers in all bathrooms. There will also be a secure door entry system and lift, with off road parking. Weekly rent starts from £61.00 plus service charge.

To be eligible for the development you will need to be a single person or couple over the age of 40 (preference will initially be given to people over the age of 50.)
