When you first speak with Charter, your enquiry will be probably be handled by a customer service advisor. Our advisors are able to deal with requests for repairs, housing advice, rent information and advice on anti-social behaviour. They try to deal with your enquiry on the spot. Any enquiries that they can’t deal with go straight through to our teams of experts. We’ll make sure that you get to speak to the right person to help you with what you need.

Charter Housing - rent and financial-inclusion
Account managers are there to help with your rent account and money issues. Whether you want to check your balance, find convenient ways to pay, have the benefits system explained or want help if you fall behind with rental payments, the Rent & Financial Solutions Team is there to assist.
Charter Housing - neighbourhood team
Neighbourhood managers work to make your community better places to live in. We do this with your help. The team will assist you with questions about tenancy agreement, make sure you have the support you need to live in your home and they’ll help you get involved in improving the way your neighbourhood looks.

The Community Regeneration Team works with individuals and community groups to develop community projects and activities. We work with young people and other residents to help them improve their community and their opportunities in life.
Charter Housing - nuisance prevention team
You might need our help in dealing with anti-social issues. We have a number of ways we can assist, including the Resolve Assessment Service, which gets involved early on in neighbour disputes. Outreach Support is there to support both those that complain about and commit anti-social behaviour. Our Enforcement Service will deal quickly and properly with proven cases of anti-social behaviour.
Charter Housing - letting team
Our team advertises and lets our vacant homes to the people who needs them most.
Charter Housing - maintenance team
The quality of repairs completed, organisation of repair teams, co-ordinating our extensive improvement programme, annual gas servicing and the external painting programmes are all overseen by the Maintenance Team.
Charter Housing - estates maintenance team
This team’s work is to provide an attractive environment for you to live in on our estates.
