INSPECTION 2007
The SEREN Group, of which Charter Housing Association is part of, underwent an inspection by the Wales Audit Office, an independent agency, in February 2007 to try and ascertain whether we provide good quality services and secure continuous improvement in these services. NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR REPAIRS
An appointment system for repairs was a key priority for customers in the satisfaction survey completed in 2006. Since September we have gradually been introducing an appointment system for repairs.' By the end of December all our main contractors will have implemented this system. Our Customer Service Team will take initial details from you before passing you directly to our contractors who will arrange an appointment with you. In instances where we are unable to pass your call through (if for example, a contractor is on the phone to another customer), our contractors will return your call to agree an appointment.
